NOW HIRING  |  OVERLAND PARK, KS

Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

Full-Time  •  BridgeFit Personal Training

BridgeFit Personal Training is a fast-growing gym in Overland Park building a team of coaches who take pride in their work and want to keep improving.

We work with adults 40+ through a structured, system-driven approach to training. Sessions are consistent, coaching is detail-oriented, and relationships matter.

It’s a team environment where coaches support each other, get feedback, and continue to grow over time. As we keep growing, there are also opportunities for coaches who want to take on more and build a longer-term career here.

We’ve been voted Best Personal Training in Johnson County three years in a row and have over 100 five-star reviews.

Pay: $20–$30/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Coach adults 40+ in small group and 1-on-1 sessions with consistent energy and attention to detail
  • Build real relationships — know your members’ names, their goals, their history, and what motivates them
  • Track progress carefully and deliver a training experience that feels personal every time
  • Show up prepared, professional, and ready to give your best — regardless of how you feel that day
  • Take feedback seriously and apply it — we have systems and standards, and we expect coaches to embrace both

What We Offer

  • Full-time hours with a stable, structured schedule — no chaos, no last-minute changes
  • No sales responsibilities — your only job is to be a great coach
  • No doubles — we protect your energy so you can show up well for every session
  • PTO  — we invest in coaches who are in it for the long haul
  • Ongoing feedback and mentorship — we’ll help you get better if you’re willing to do the work
  • Clear expectations and systems so you always know where you stand
  • A team culture built on accountability, humility, and genuine care for people

Who We’re Looking For

The right person for this role is someone who:

  • Is certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) and CPR/AED certified
  • Puts people first — every session, every interaction, every day
  • Has a detail-oriented coaching style — the small things are what make the difference
  • Welcomes feedback instead of dreading it
  • Wants to build something, not just fill a schedule
  • Bonus: experience with adults 40+ or in group training settings
